Star Wars was so excited to get Oscar Issac! Originally his character was to die in the movie but Oscar said his characters always end up dying and this time he needed to live! Good call! His character is charismatic... somewhere between the roguish Han Solo and the cute Luke Skywalker. Admittedly, I chose Poe because he is hot.
Poe was created out of a Matt doll by the Tonner Doll Company. He stands about 17" and is fully articulated. He has had some serious resculpting. His nose, major reduction of his jawline and even his eyes where resculpted. He has a lowered, rooted in hairline.
His eyes are a combination of bark brown, chocolate and golden brown with a bit of rust. I framed his eyes with dark lashes.
He has been been contoured, his skin tone deepened and sealed many times.
His faux leather jacket has been painted to appear weathered. He has grey pants, black boots and an off white shirt with high collar. Clothing and sculpted helmet provided by MonicaKStarDolls.
Poe arrives as shown in costume with stand, COA and his BB-8!
I am an admitted Star Wars nerd. This project was one of love and I am enjoying every doll in the show!
